See request requirements : http://forum.ilegalzone.ro/index.php/topic/8-model-cerere-helper-request-helper/ , You have to be 15 years old minimum, it is written in the Romanian request MODEL.2. Since many use this nick then this nick has to be protected by password for his main owner, therefore no one can use it anymore except it's real owner.3. Your FAQ rules is right but you type it with Romanian while you request with English MODEL, if you request with English model then type it also in English.4. It appears that no one is reading the request (they just see the name), and also no one knows the requirements needed to request HELPER. P.S : Your Age is 14, not 13-14.
